All orders for boxed products ( physical items ) processed on a business day will be handled and despatched in 6-48 hours . If there is an abnormal amount of orders during a specific period or day ( seasonal trends or special promotional events ) it may take up to 52 hours to despatch your package .
Although the above serves as reference , the fact is that usually orders are shipped in 6-12 hours after payment has been collected and verified .
For download items a download link for your purchases will be immeditaley available on your My Account area after payment has been collected and verified ( the details to access your My Account area are sent to you when you first registered with us and you can change password at any time ) - please be careful to enter your correct email address when registering .
Please note that on rare events it may take up to 24 hours for you to receive your login details . Even though our emails are sent automatically some servers ( usually on free email accounts ) might experience delays that we cannot control .
